Nick Earl, General Manager von Visceral Games, bestätigt in einem Interview über die Expansion seines Studios die Entwicklung eines neuen C&C-Titels:

In addition to the next Command & Conquer title, which is not yet formally announced and described by Earl as "pretty far out," he says "the effort and energy at the moment is around building EA share in the action category... to achieve our mission of becoming number one inside of the action space."

Interessant ist hier die Betonung auf Action oder genauer formuliert:

Earl is quick to distinguish: "Action, to us, inside of the Games label and the company, really means third-person games. For us, we're talking about third-person action adventure games."

Bisher war nur bekannt, dass sich Jon Van Caneghem um die Marke kümmert. Aber ob nun Strategie oder Action, schlimmer kann es so oder so eh nicht mehr werden...
