Story:

The Soviets are defeated and Romanov is imprisoned in the Tower of London. But Yuri could flee and mimics CABAL: He could subdue the whole world by his Psychic Dominators. Fortunately the Americans could evade being mind-controlled. But they are powerless and travel with a time machine invented by Einstein back in time to the beginning of the Third World War (i.e. the last one). After many battles they could stop Yuri and put him into a Psychic Isolation Chamber.

Trivia:

• Unlike Firestorm the story is continued on two different ways, since the mission CD acts like a main game (e.g. TS or RA2). With Firestorm the story remained the same, no matter which side was played.
• Yuri's logo consists of the Hebrew letters רוי which translates to 'roy'. Since the Hebrew writing system is actually right-to-left, יור would be the correct notation which then translates to 'yur' and therefore being superposable with the name Yuri.
• There was also an old logo; ever seen that? Here it is:
